TOY REVIEW: KRE-O TRANSFORMERS: BUMBLEBEE (BASIC SET)

 Here's a Toy Review of KRE-O TRANSFORMERS: Bumblebee. This is the basic set, which it only haves 75 pieces. There is also a Deluxe Version, which contains 535 pieces. I  bought it at Toy Express for only P499.75.
PACKAGING

The packaging shows a very cool box art of Kre-O Bumblebee and its vehicle mode. It also has a very awesome view on a dessert on the front portion of the box. The colors are very vibrant and they really recreate a dessert scene. The back portion of the box shows a standard white background that also shows the other Kre-O sets, as you can see its Mirage and Basic Set of Optimus Prime.

FIGURE

This a really AWESOME!!! and at the same time, very cute. I observed that this figure resembles a combination of the G-1 version and the Animated version. I really like how it looks. It has the following articulations:

• Head Articulation
• Shoulder Articulation (does not rotate, moves upward and sideward)
• Elbow articulation
• Leg articualtion
• Ankle articulation

 VEHICLE MODE

The vehicle mode is a "police car" type of a Chervolet Camaro. It is like a hybrid of the G-1 and Animated Versions. Even though it is small, it is very comfortable to hold. The wheels roll in any flat surface. At this point, I don't care the size, it has playability, and I'm find with it. It is a really good vehicle mode.

POSABILITY

 Because it has a lot of articulations. You can do awesome poses with this one. The images above are some of the poses (click the image to view full size). If you have collected all of the Kre-O Transformers Construction sets, you can make your own battle scene.

SIZE COMPARISON

Size comparison side by side with Optimus Prime. Bumblebee is just tall as Optimus' chest part (with the visor). At least, it is not too small. You can do funny poses with them or recreate battle scenes from the thv shows, cartoons, and movies.

OVERALL
 This set is very nice in many ways. Even though it does not directly transform in each modes, it is still an awesome set. I like how they visualize what Bumble should look like in both modes. I will recommend this for the collectors out there :D
